Privacy

Lastwell never connects to your bank. No credentials, no data brokers, no ads. You type your numbers; they stay yours; export or delete anytime.

What we collect

• Your account: an email address and a password hash, used to sign you in.
• The numbers you type: balances, recurring income and bills, one-off transactions, loans, credit cards and scenarios.
• Basic operational logs: errors and request metadata needed to keep the service running and secure.

What we never do

• We do not ask for or store bank credentials, and we use no bank aggregator.
• We do not sell or share your financial data with data brokers or advertisers.
• We do not show ads or build an advertising profile of you.

The assistant and AI

When you ask the assistant a question, the question and a summary of the relevant figures are sent to a model provider so it can answer. That content is not used to train models, and the calculations themselves run in Lastwell’s own deterministic forecast engine. The free calculators on this site run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere.

Storage and access

Your data is stored in a private, row-level-secured database. Each row is bound to your account; other users cannot read it. Access by our team is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Your controls

You can export your data or permanently delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion removes your accounts, recurring items, transactions, loans, cards and scenarios.

Payments and billing data

If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure form and are never seen or stored by Lastwell. We store only what we need to run your subscription: a customer and subscription reference, the plan you are on, its status, and the renewal or trial end date. Billing emails such as receipts, the trial reminder and failed payment notices are sent by the payment provider under the Lastwell Financial name.

Where your data lives, and for how long

Your data is stored on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. We keep it for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes it, and billing records kept by the payment provider are retained by that provider only as long as their own legal and accounting obligations require.

Export and deletion rights

From settings you can export everything you have entered as JSON at any time, or as CSV on Pro, and you can delete your account permanently. Deletion cancels any active subscription first, then removes your profile, accounts, recurring items, transactions, loans, cards, scenarios and usage records. Changing your billing plan never deletes anything.
